Um, the ideas have to come from you...it's your motivation. Some people post their essays here to get them edited for grammar and the like, but we can't tell you what to put in it.
General questions you may want to answer are:
-Why do you want to be an officer in the Navy?
-What can you do for the Navy?
-What can the Navy do for you?

Great advice. Answering these three questions was my entire motivational statement and it came out sounding pretty good. Still, you need to answer them yourself. I'm not calling you out specifically, but anyone who has to copy other people's inspiration needs to think about what they are getting themselves into.

My main difficulty was keeping it within the word limit. I have posted mine below. As you can see it is intensely personal, so you will have to craft it to your personal experience, biography, etc.
Motivational statement:
I have a great deal to offer the U.S. Navy as an officer candidate. Leadership, morality, dedication, intellect, motivation, ethics, strength of character, and life experience are all qualities and skills that I possess. Throughout my life I have been a leader of my peers, and I have refined my innate leadership skills through formal education and training. I am a master at motivating myself and others to succeed, and as a professional educator I have a great deal of experience doing so. My strong morality and ethics are apparent when considering my dedication to helping others and active positive contribution to society as an educator and through years of community service. I have helped to motivate, inspire, and educate a diverse number of people throughout my life. I have worked closely with people of many different ethnicities, backgrounds, and creeds, cultivating a philosophy of awareness and respect. As a Navy officer, I will utilize my skills as a leader and motivator of people to catalyze those around me to succeed at the highest level.
My dedication to the U. S. Navy has been a life-long theme. A deep respect for the armed forces, and the Navy in particular, was cultivated within me at an early age. There is a proud tradition of naval service in my family's history. I have always had great respect for my elder family members, and this respect extends to their involvements and accomplishments. My grandfather was the leader of his Navy unit while serving overseas during World War II, and my great grandfather was a Navy doctor during World War I. Following World War I, the U.S.S. Parrott destroyer, named in honor of one of my relatives who gave his life serving in the Navy during World War I, was commissioned by the Navy.
Besides my family's tradition of Navy service, I also have various other personal reasons for wanting to serve. I see it as a great honor and privilege to serve the United States as an officer in the armed forces. It is my duty as an American, I believe, to serve my country and help secure a promising future for contemporary people and those to come. I possess the personal and professional qualities that are necessary to become an exemplary officer in the U.S. Navy, and sincerely hope that I am granted the honor of serving in the world's greatest military.

Being in the Navy is the only thing I have thought about since wearing diapers, well that and when is my next meal. But I was just curious as to what some people said in their statements. I am writing mine and will post soon to see what people think. I think input from people that have written one before can give me great advice. But thanks everyone for your help so far. I really hope I get to work with all of you someday

Actually, it wouldn't be. There is no "correct" answer for this. The Navy doesn't accept people with reasons X and Y, and reject people with reasons of A and B. The board just wants to know why you want to be an officer, so tell them.

this is my statement so far
Becoming an officer in the Navy is something I have wanted to do my entire life. I have always had a desire, since an early age, to defend my country. I believe that as an officer I can exemplify the values of the United States and those of the Navy, such as Honor, Courage, and Commitment. I have a great respect for anyone who proudly served or serves their country and it would be an honor and a privilege to join these men and women as an officer. Being in the Navy is also a tradition in my family that would honorably continue with myself. My grandfather was a Lieutenant and served aboard the USS Ranger as a Naval Aviator flying S-2s. My uncle also served and still serves in the reserves, as a Petty Officer First Class, and served aboard the USS John C. Stennis. It would be great to follow in their foot steps and leave my own.
Some things I can offer the Navy are my leadership skills. In the jobs I have had, I excelled to a leadership position and got people to work together and efficiently, even under stressful conditions. I love working with people and working towards accomplishing the mission at hand. Because of this, bonds have been formed that further allows me to be a leader. I also have a morale code that I can bring to the Navy that hopefully I can instill in those under my command and allow them to one day be great leaders when it is their turn to be.
There are a lot of things the Navy can do for me. In the navy I hope to be a Naval Aviator. I love flying and I would love to join those great pilots to make me the best pilot that I can be.
