AF Counterterrorism Funds Spent On "Comfort Capsules"

The reference to "POGO" is very apropos here. To quote from the Walt Kelly "Pogo" comic strip, "We have met the enemy, and they are us." :icon_rage

We already have the silver bullet, with it's own private bedroom, shower, etc. Why the f**k do we need this crap?
 
....is it just me or does "Comfort Capsules" bring to mind the Japanese use of "Comfort Women" in WWII?
 
Isn't this the sort of thing that generals should be fired over? Talk about a public embarassment.

I don't know how many more firings the AF can take right now. But maybe now people will see how certain other branches (read: USMC) could make better use of that money.
 
I want to go on the record as saying:
I knew nothing about this.
I don't know any of these Flag Officers.
I've never even been allowed to fly large transport aircraft.

... but ya gotta admit that blue seat belts are a sweeeeet touch.
