It's beyond me how anyone can "vote" before the event. Mebbe I'll just zero the totals ... :)

Or you must be clairvoyant -- a soothsayer, perhaps ???
 
Pailn needs to work on her delivery; she just doesn't have it.

I'm going to vote for McCain/Palin just because I think they will ultimately spend less, and if we elect Obama we will become straight up socialists but surely we could have done better as a party. God bless McCain and is courage, service, and integrity but I really don't think he's the best man for the job.
 
I'm going to say what I'm REALLY hoping for is a swing in the House/Senate. Obama as POTUS with a Dem. majority in both houses is a big uh-oh. I think the beautiful thing about our government is that one man can't REALLY screw things up. So here's hoping for some checks and balances.
 
^ That's not to say the Presidential election isnt important...by any means.

Um, you mean ... you didn't know there was a national election cycle going on ... like being inundated w/ it for the past 3 1/2 years ... ??? :)

And nope; not the "Rumble in the Jungle" nor the "Thrilla' in Manila" (saw that one in person :)), but rather Sugar Ray & Kid Gavilan @ 1950 or 1949 .. two of my all-time favorites.
 
Let's not forget that this is the Congress with the LOWEST approval rating in the history of our nation.

Democrat Controlled no less. Maybe people will take the hint.
