Is anyone else going to be staying at the Chalet. I just made my reservation and that is where they put me up at.
 
Did some of you have plane tickets paid for by the navy? or are they just paying you back at a later date?
 
As soon as I let them know that I wasn't driving, they went ahead and got me a ticket. Took about three weeks or so.
 
For those who are coming in from providence there is a shuttle run by cozy cab that operates every two hours starting at 0800. It brings you to the Chalet and to King Hall (across from Callaghan Hall) from which you can walk to the Navy Lodge. This will also give you a good idea of how long it will take to walk to Callaghan for check in Sunday morning. It cost $26 as opposed to a cab which is roughly $70. If you are splitting with three people than it makes more sense for the cab of course.
