March 2015 IDC Board

Does anyone know if the board is going to be cancelled or delayed due to bad weather? I saw that there is a nasty winter storm and I am just curious if it will change anyting with the board?

It can certainly be assumed. The last storm had them out of pocket for five days. The board should convene on schedule depending on where the board members are located. The only hang up would be processing the results (done in Millington). As we know from previous boards the weather will not delay that. IDC usually has a 6 - 10 week turn around; all it takes is one of the seven communities to hold up the others. This was the case for the September board. They had all but one community and it held results in abeyance for seven weeks. Good luck everyone.

IDC is a remote board, remote boards can and have been held with board members sitting at their homes reviewing applications.

I just found out that I was pro rec'd yes so I would say there wasn't any delays. On to the DCO board next week!

I have no idea, I was just asking my recruiter a question and she told me that I was pro rec'd lol...I'm not sure if it is because I'm going for the Reserves, but I didn't have to take an exam for it

I emailed my recruiter asking about the board process and she told me not to worry since I was pro rec'd. So I'd recommend asking your recruiter

Are you saying that you already received the results from today's IDC board? If you are, how did you find out?

Pro rec'd for which designator??? And if its for the IDC board that just happened... I can't fathom how fast the results came out
