Isnt the age cut for 1520 commissioned before 35th birthday. No waiver allowed

Incorrect. IAW the PA 107, the maximum age is 35, waiverable to 42 if selected by the professional review board.

No offense but you don't have any AMDO experience, which put you at a competitive disadvantage against the ATs, AEs, etc. who do.
