Not practical enough to weather the shitstorm the surface community will get for choosing this as the "best practice" worth taking from aviation

This is not new, it was introduced to the community several years ago and fizzled out quickly because, well - SWO’s . . . .

Black has always been tacky with tan/brown. None of my SWO buddies like this, they think it's abhorrent. All they had to do was update the Ike with some nice canvas material instead of the trash they make it out of currently. Or give us all what we really want...

Wow. I did not realize how many uniform changes there have been. I guess it's more tradition to change uniforms than it is not. ?

It's a very functional piece of equipment. The entire jacket is reinforced with Kevlar and has been successful tested in stopping blade penetrations up to 1000 lbs of DH energy.
No more Stab Stab Look Stab with this fine piece of engineering.

Well, first you have to add a ship's patch opposite your water wings...

Then you need to add a fleet patch on one of your shoulders....


Then a moral patch on the opposite shoulder...


But that leaves the question...where do you put the "Don't Tread on Me" flag?
