My recruiter called me and said i got rejected. The board answer was “no and do not return”. She said that might be for the clearance reasons. Any body has any taught on this?

I would start off by perusing the forum and reading through the 1001 questions regarding the ASTB. There is a wealth of knowledge in that thread on how to absolutely crush the OAR/ASTB. If you could, try to search what you're looking for before posting questions. I guarantee any question that you have has probably already been answered before.
