PROREC-Y = Professional Recommendation (yes). BOL is "Bupers Online" and a tool for AD personnel to check a whole slew of things in our personal record, including board results. TRIADs have the ability to see board results when they're released in means not via message traffic. it'll make sense later in your career

Pro-Rec Y just means you’ve been selected and awaiting final confirmation for your selection (Finsel)

For example:

Q - What is the hull of an Avenger-class ship is made of and why is that important to its mission?

A - It has a wooden hull that gives it a low magnetic signature which is particularly helpful as a minesweeper.

In other words, be able to talk about the purpose and application of stuff.

Congrats on getting picked up for whatever you applied for

BOL = BUPERS (Bureau of Personnel) Online. They have an electronic file for everyone where all of your documentation goes, so they probably need your transcript again to upload it
