They already started filling FY 27, that happens often in March time frame give or take, NRC will spread out the quotas over the boards scheduled, then adjust as needed based on several factors. The actual hard goals assigned to NRC don't come out late this year, I have seen them in November and as late as January. There is no way to know what will or will not be worse or better.
