I've seen O-6s without their own offices lol. Much like the board, offices are apparently dictated by the needs of the navy.(I’m never making it past O-3)

iirc it was around 200 something too and definitely not 82 streets accepted, so I’m actually quite liking the 82 lol seems like a normal quota amount
