I think they always need pilots lol and their OCC is guaranteed pilot slot also, but you’d gotta want to be a marine first and not because it’s easier rn to get in.

Yes, if the Navy doesn't work out they are an option. Their mission set is different. I've talked to a recruiter that's come to my university and they said they could send me to OCC this year if I put together a package fast enough.

The marines have their own OCS and then TBS and navy have their own OCS. Marines at quantico I think and navy’s at new port Rhode Island, in both instances we’d need to sing the marine corp hymn iirc from a past “how to survive OCS guide” when I first started applying; of course we need to sing anchors aweigh too for navy OCS
