Hey I’m a long time lurker in here I’m AD and got selected for SWO last board and was passionate about the aviation selection but wasn’t selected on the 24may board and wanted to know if anyone had any insight on the lateral transfer process from surface to aviation..or to just resubmit for aviation?

Where do you input volunteer hours? My recruiter didn't even ask for that. Good question lol. I’m not too sure. Hopefully someone on here can answer this.

They say "at-board" list comes out a few days before the board date.

At Board will come out 1-2 weeks prior. Our 22FEB21 SWO board had the At Board list come out around Feb 10.

It may just be for the May board but their board list dropped like 4 days prior to the actual board, hopefully ours is farther out.
