To be clear, we (civilians) haven't gotten results yet, I just confirmed with my recruiter that my kit is at this March 3rd board.

It was a document used by NRC, it was a tool and it was not 100% accurate which caused confusion in the past. Years ago it was not visible to all AD and those who did have access took it with a grain of salt. There were people on there who weren't at board, and people who weren't on there that did go to board.
