03Nov20 Pilot/NFO board

OAR is not an indicator of the ability to get through flight school, and OAR for other designators is nearly always used just as a qualifier to get to the board.

Well I hope they will at least see me improving it as positive for reconsider

Did you have a meaningful change to your app (new ASTB, finished degree)? I was always told you couldn’t apply to another board for 6 months absent a significant change to the package.
