That's what I banking on. Is it confirmed when it take effect? I'm confused why I wouldn't get selected now just to be auto-selected next board. Perhaps there's something going on that I'm not aware of. Anyone know if the board leaves feedback on packets?

Board does not leave feedback as far as I know. But the program authorization is not a board, it is a separate program that you directly apply to. And I believe you can apply already. From what I know the program was authorizes Dec 15.

yes, the last thing they want is to create more work, if you put a date in March they don't know if it is due to your wedding or your dogs birthday, easier to honor that date than to fix it after the fact.

Just got the call and confirmed what you said about the PA. Recruiter believes it will take effect starting in Jan and can be submitted ASAP, which is great news for me if true. It just seem so illogical...
