They re trying to make it a poor performance issue. This started the moment I told them I was leaving. I ve been at my job for 7 years now moment I told my supervisor I was leaving they gave me a terrible performance evaluation told me they d fire me by end of april if I didnt improve my communication issues. Never had issues before. I m supposed to leave April 19th
Im using my paid leave for next 2 to 3 weeks to lay low before going. Im terrified if anything happens to my ship date my work will fire me
