04AUG25 Supply Board

Yeah my packet has been submitted since Feb and it’s barely going to be considered for a September SWO board
That just sucks. I am just considering "no news is good news" as I've provided everything my OR needed and sent out stuff within 24 hours, 48 hours the latest. If something is missing or needed, hopefully the OR let's me know.

I've been keeping in touch with my OR periodically, maybe every 3 - 4 weeks since my package was submitted, but the entire process is indeed opaque. I have at some cases "pushed" my OR for information whenever I needed to provide him updated information on my side, but sometimes I either got conflicting information or nothing. I think it's just the way it is.
Honestly, the most interactive officer recruiters based on my experience was the Marine Corps OSOs.

Thats terribles I thought mine was bad. I submitted for swo in May finally at September board
Im planning on doing enlisted reserves if not picked up
Quite honestly, I already had an officer contract for the National Guard for my state lined up for me, but since the active duty Navy approved my waivers I wanted to do my best and give it a try.
I'm also considering going back to the reserve route if I don't get selected and all options are closed. I really hope you get picked up for the designators you've applied to!

Yeah this whole process has been tough for me. Started back in July 2024. I’ve had to switch recruiter, wait months for clearances and waivers, and just a lot of lack of communication. With the cancelling of boards, and new rules etc. I’m just happy I’ll finally see my day this September. Sheeeeesh.

Kudos for not giving up. It will pay off 🙏🏽
