I wouldn't sign the paperwork unless you were 100% committed to the designator. If you want to be a SNA, resubmit and go for SNA.

If that is what you really want Id say resubmit. My recruiter almost put NFO down for me but I said no I just want to try for SNA cause thats what I really wanted even though my scores were not the best.
