I was told my OR that I will only be looked at for whatever designator I applied for. So, let the waiting game begin!IWC is the only designator that will put you where they need you, if they really like you.

DCO is not like the reserves, IWC for reserves has specific requirements including work history, OCS is more about having a good academic background which allows them to be flexible.Correct. I am applying for DCO and not OCS.
