I wish the other lurkers would join in. Thanks for coming out of the shadows ?Hello everyone,
I am one of your resident lurkers...I have been following this forum for a LONG time. I have a package at this board, but I am not an active duty guy (Prior service)...how do I view this dashboard? is it only with active, I have a contractor CAC I'd like to at least try to log in. Thanks in advance. I'm the longest shot by the way but I still have finger crossed.
Thanks!!I

I don’t know where it is, I’ve just searched through threads and have seen unnamed people post it. Will not repost here because I’m not sure it’s public info. Just search dashboard.
Yeah I saw that google docs link posted and I kinda understand it but it says SNA/SNFO board...am I doing it wrong? I submitted my package 15 September for Intel (this board) choice 1 and AMDO October 17th I think choice 2...my age waiver for AMDO was denied. Still qualified for this board though (I was waiting on OAR waiver) submitted it back in August (OAR: 47).Pretty sure someone posted a link a page or two back. Also the numbers that changed are the remaining select needed and the shipping goal both increased.
No new At Board list unfortunately
In general it is pretty easy to figure out the numbers they should be selecting, there is a column that says "select per board" that is the number given to the board so they know how many to select.Actually after looking at the most recent dashboard I think you’re right. Not sure these dashboards an accurate way to deduce anything.. numbers keep fluctuating a bit more than normal.
I’m going to have a glass of wine and accept that we may not know til next year.
See above, there really isn't any predicting, it is just looking at the column and seeing the number. It is not uncommon for them to go under that number if they don't see the quality. They also will indeed pass on good candidates to not go over the number, there is some flexibility so they could go up a couple, but the Intel community is one of those that several years ago on a board in November decided to pick all those they wanted not paying attention to the selection number. Then the goal dropped and it resulted in what the SNA applicants are going through right now. There really is no way to "predict" how many people theyr're going to pick. I'm sure it has a lot to do with the quality of applications...they aren't going to force people through just to meet a quota but I also don't think they would pass on solid applicants because they have their numbers. The quota is just a ballpark number, just like the convene date can move depending on the board members, I'm sure not much goes 100% to plan.

It could be and probably is a little bit of many things, goal slightly up (could be due to NROTC/USNA not using all of theirs), people declining spots, people dropping in OCS, the board not using all their spots given on the last board. the number difference for shipping goal is pretty minor.Hey there! Thanks for getting back to us and providing some wisdom. Not sure what to make of the latest dashboard given that prior to the board it said select 25 per board (late Oct), but then mid nov after board (nov 7) that number changed to (36 per board) updated one from 4 days ago says 47 and only 1 board left. So either they haven’t made the selections or very few people got picked or.. the numbers aren’t accurate as of yet in the dashboard?
Lastly, selection goal increased to 104 from 95. So it’s hard to say for me to really know what’s up, especially as a civilian or why those shifts occur.
Edit: revised my butterfinger typos
....what that mean
never mind, google told me. damn...well...at least it's not a hard no
If I don't get in I'm in that boat too...just have to wait until the next IWC board. I doubt if I get a N they'll look at me for intel again that quickly, especially because I have no significant improvements before Feb
