I can't remember the name of the program but the OR's can go in and see the OCS date/FY that has been assigned to the applicant. This is done prior to the list being emailed out, this is not specific to aviation but given that aviation is a lot larger selection list (generally) it can take a lot longer to update those than it would to update other designators.
