Been away for a while and these threads got funny as hell. Sorry Cgoat but the "writing rip" by Otto was too funny to pass up on commenting about.
I take my 1st ASTB on Thursday the 21st. Can't wait. If I can only do my best, under timed pressure, on the verbal I think my scores will rock.

Guy, stop taking the internet so seriously. Nobody here knows you personally, so stop taking the jokes personally. Get over yourself or you'll have problems no matter what career you go into.
I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you get selected. I was an ASTB waiver (5,5,5), the best I could get. I was told that I would suck at life - WELL - got selected, did good in API, Doing good in Primary - those test scores don't mean s*** after you get selected. Just a confidence booster incase your worried about your performance in flight school...
Thanks man I appreciate it I always appreciate a good confidence boost. I don't think I'm that worried about my scores that much. I just talked with a commander I know who flies for VFC 111, and he told me to just keep pushin foward. He said it took him three shots before the board accepted him and now he is head of the agressor squadron. Maybe that will that will help boost your confidence in return. Fly safe man.
Actually I just got a B+ on the College Physics course I took over the Summer
.What I meant in my last post is that you talked about being a good writer, while your post was horribly written. I just wanted to point that out so I don't have to read anymore posts that look like they were written by someone that never went to school. A good portion of the people on this sight are real Officers as well as Pilots/NFO's. My point is that these are the very people that you want to approve of your being in their club. You really want to put your best foot forward here.
One of my friends in Pensacola got a 44 OAR and was an NFO.
