SNA (Primary - VT-6)
Hello all, I recently scored 60 7/9/7 on my third attempt. I can’t say I’m not disappointed in my AQR and FOFAR but its out of my hands now but I was wondering if anyone more experienced in looking at board results and trends could let me know roughly where I stand on getting in as SNA? I’m applying to this next upcoming board.
You have a 9 PFAR, you’ll be fine

Both really
You got a much better shot at SNFO with that 8 then SNA with a 6, there is supposedly going to be a high pick rate for SNFO this board. If you really want SNA I would try to retest if possible before you submit. You can also look at the sna April thread that has the excel file linked and compare your scores against others that are applying.

To add on to this, if you REALLY want SNA, I'd highly recommend not applying for SNFO. If you put both down, you will most likely get picked for SNFO. If you're okay with either one and you have no preference, go ahead and do both

Thank you, Yeah i want NFO. My recruiter messed up and told me that i could make the April board, but come to find out i have literally a week to go to MEP's and get my packet done. So i have to go to the June board. Also with a 40 OAR do i even have a chance at any other designator?

There are a few designators that can give you a waiver for your OAR score if you have a certain GPA, but a 50 or higher is generally considered good for all of those designators.

You also have to keep in mind that those programs might have different application processes and requirements too. CEC requires that you have some sort of architecture or engineering degree, with an EIT license preferred as well

Do you know what the GPA to get a OAR needs to be? Is SWO possible to get into with a 40 OAR?
