Even if you don't pass the in-PRT, you'll get some TLC from Master Guns and you'll be able to pass it in no time....

Do you mean if you only get a satisfactory score or if you completley fail it (less than sat)? I thought you got sent home if you were less than satisfactory?

Negative, if you fail any event you get 2 or 3 weeks, depending on when the next class starts, in H-class under the direct supervision of the Master Gunnery Sergeant. After he whoops your ass into shape, you join the next class. Its a great deal if you want to lengthen your OCS experience.

Hey , I originally was given 36 hour notice. Told on a Friday evening that I had to be down in P-Cola by Sunday and didn't have ANYTHING ready to go (i.e., was still in a lease, still at a job, etc). Luckily I got my date pushed back to the next class, and that one is coming up on May 19th. If that's the one you're in, see you there!

Don't worry about the swim. I am not a great swimmer and I passed all of the swim requirements (as an aircrewman, which is identical to pilot and NFO stuff. The hardest thing for me to do was tread water with flight gear, the boots made it super hard.
