They didn't count it for me. I think you have to be in BDCP during the semesters that you qualify for Dean's list

This might be a weird question, but I was researching studying abroad in BDCP and wondered what the Navy considered it to be so that it wouldn't use up leave. Does it need to be a whole semester-long endeavor that costs an arm and a leg, or can it be a couple of months while taking a full online class workload toward my degree and staying with relatives?

The PA doesn't say you can study abroad and last time the USN had BDCP it wasn't allowed.

Check the dates, it could have been something recently changed, or it could have been something was allowed at one time? It doesn't hurt to ask but I do know we had a kid asking last time and the answer was "no".
