SNA-BDCP Select
Hey everyone, I got accepted and sworn in back in October for BDCP and have had no issues with my CAC until yesterday. I am prior service, so I already had a CAC. All of a sudden, I cannot get into anything on Quicklinks with the error message, "There was an error determining your Smart Card Identification. In order to log in with your Smart Card, please close your browser and all tabs associated with it to try again." I have already tried different browsers, deleting certs and redownloading them, and obviously closing/restarting computer. Not sure what to do now. Have not contacted my recruiter because it is the weekend. Im wondering if it's because my transition to active is being processed oddly and is causing issues with my CAC. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
