Is GPA the main factor, & if so does having a graduates degree already help in that selection? No one really cares about the OAR and even references for SWO are rarely looked at

A graduate degree is always a good thing, as long has you have done well.Is GPA the main factor, & if so does having a graduates degree already help in that selection?
Lots and lots of YouTube videos helped me out. Specifically a content creator by the name of The Organic Chemistry Tutor. Helped with both the math and mechanical engineering sections. Don’t skimp out on watching a couple reading comprehension videos as well. A lot of people consider themselves to already be great readers, but you’d be surprised what just a few extra reading tips can do for you.For the people who got accepted congratulations! Can y’all help what y’all used to study for the OAR? I need to increase my score. Thank you!
as long as it is qualifying submit, the OAR doesn't mean muchFor the people who got accepted congratulations! Can y’all help what y’all used to study for the OAR? I need to increase my score. Thank you!
The high number of spots I am sure made there decision easy with you, last I saw there were more spots than applicants. No lol I had only 2 references and a 44 OAR lol
Worried for nothing lolHi everyone! I haven’t posted on here yet but I also got selected for this board! I also got my leave date! Congrats to everyone that made the board! This is very exciting?
Thank you!Congrats!
I don’t have a date yet because I applied for two programs SWO and Supply, I have to wait for Supply results to come out now before I get an OCS dateMy recruiter said that I will be leaving on the 27th of this month for OCS, is that the same for everyone?
So you declined the spot for SNA? There is just too much missing info such as GPA, any waivers besides age? SWO has not used all their available selections the past few boards so they don't have to be too picky.Hello, I submitted mine for the 11APR2022 board for SWO as well. I did not get selected. I was told by my recruiter that they’re only accepting NEW application is that true? Can someone help que me in on standards and qualifications? I got accepted for Pilot but did not go through due to personal reasons. It’s been 5 years since then, so I’m trying again this round. Unfortunately did not get through. Any advice?
No I got discharged for pilot. I did get selected and went to OCS but I only got as far as MEPs at the training command in Newport. I got discharged and went back home. 5 years after, here I am applying again. I got everything cleared, waivers for age, medical…etc. So not sure what was missing. My recruiter told me, they’re looking for “new” applicants, like first time applicants. Thoughts? So you declined the spot for SNA? The "new" applicant doesnt make any sense to me, they are looking for qualified candidates. Did you attempt to justify the discharge from OCS previously? No I got discharged for pilot.
