Had a master's program lined up if results were non selection as well as plans to retake ASTB. The first time I took it blind without knowledge of the gouges available on here. This could have been a fatal error for me if I was only selected for nfo.

Thank you! What school did you get your degree from? Duty stations as an AC?
So far I've been to Facsfac Pearl and now at Tacron 21

Still awaiting SNA results. Feels like some may be getting Deebo'd into SNFO from the sound of it. But as prior E with the same hopes of SNA as many on here, I will not be turning down the chance of being SNFO. If come to find out we do have to "settle" I see it as leaps and bounds ahead of where I'm at now. Just my .02.

Im curious, based on some of the people who put SNA only, but managed to get SNFO offers, if you decline that, if that screws you for SNA that board and future boards

I'd like to know the answer to that as well.

Eventually, someone is going to have to say something as to why all this is happening. My command told me that even though I got Pro Rec Y SNFO that I can't take action upon that as I haven't got a yes or no on SNA yet. Not sure if this is the same for Civis though.

I put down SNFO in addition to SNA because ultimately I want to join the Navy. I didn't want to lower my chances by just choosing one. So if selected I'd be more than grateful and accept. The needs of the service comes first, but I really do hope we SNA hopefuls get to choose our future.

I could be totally wrong, but I feel like they can't force you to take SNFO before SNA results are posted. At the same time, you'll go where the Navy needs you. I guess time will tell....
