Yeah, seems like applicants off the street have a rougher time on making sure things are good to go compared to fleet applicants like myself. I feel for you guys.

Generally it is the fleet guys that have the hard time applying, often due to bad info, like telling a History major they can apply for CEC, or telling a guy to get the EOD application in a week after the board has met.

NRD folk from the September board, seems the official list came out today so will likely hear soon.

Pro-rec "Y" for Intel. Now just crossing my fingers for that clearance... Good luck to everyone who hasn't heard yet!

Stats:
ASTB: 70, 9, 8, 8
GPA: BA, International Relations 3.41
Arabic (Spoken Broken)
Lots of academic/work travel

Haha, actually you are right. The amount of Sailors I have to help is crazy. I actually have a package with blacked out PII just to forward to people now.

I'm still waiting. Nothing on BOL and the response I received yesterday is that the database is under maintenance and I shouldn't expect to hear anything until next week.

I was also told the same thing. There where a good amount of people that where already migrated over to the new updated database. This is why we have not heard anything.

If you haven't heard by now that is not a good thing, unfortunately they take their time in uploading the pro No's so either you are a N or your application may have not even gone to board due to an error in the application.

The NRD's would get a list of everyone that is a Y or N so there wouldn't be any mystery as to who made it and who didn't, it is just the ones that did make it get priority of being notified.

Meant to give an update a while back. I actually did in fact get selected from the September board for IP but it never showed up in BOL. This was the same in previously selected persons that I know here at my command. The command did not receive an official notification until I went into the FINSEL status. I got the final select notification back in the middle of December and just recently received my hard copy orders. I leave in June!

They probably had a BOL issue that caused an issue for you, 99% of active duty will get a BOL status change.

Sounds like you are one of the last FY 17 accessions given your OCS date.

Yes, the first time I submitted a package I had no problem viewing my results on BOL when that it was a pro rec-n but of course when I'm pro rec-yes I cant see it! It really sucked to wait that long but at least I know I am going!
