My PR is 10:16 but more recently it's been around 11:30

My PR is 9:50 that was back in bootcamp I'm at 13 min now trying to get down to 12:30 before I go if selected. But I took a break from running to get all the medical portion of the package done! That was stressful but on track now lol

It’s ok dude I’m around the same time as you. Trying to improve being 30 is tough

Run hills if you can or speed work on the track, run two laps sprint jog two laps repeat x2 then increase each week

I will say that running everyday doing slow runs builds efficiency and will improve your pace as long as you stay consistent.

Not trying to roast the person earlier, but I love when people will post/ask: “Hey guys are results out?”… as if someone here has the results but is just waiting for the big question to be asked.

Once someone is notified, aside from telling family/loved ones, I am sure they will post on here.

Based on the 4NOV24 SWO Thread, they got their results on November 26th, wouldn't that mean that we should expect the results by February 4th 2025?

CO just announced enlisted advancement and didn’t mention anything about OCS so I’m assuming tonight or tomorrow. That or next week😑😭😭
