Are LORs required for civilian applicant? I was applying for aviation and my recruiter told me that LORs are not necessary for aviation. Not sure if it’s the same case for SWO.

My recruiter is on vacation now and he already informed me before he went, so I guess I’ll just have to let the man enjoy his time. I just wanted to find out the answer so that I can prepare the LORs in case they are needed.
I was informed by my recruiter to provide some LoRs for SWO, and I did.

Nothing wrong with putting them in, I just don't like having people do work that doesn't matter.

That information on the SharePoint is no longer accessible to folks w CAC-access so don't expect any at-board lists or results posted on here. I would guess it's because people couldn't keep information to themselves.
