This is all very similar to what happened with my board too.
Me and a handful of people got calls super early that we were PROREC-Ys without any source or list we could acquire from our ORs. Shortly after that, the official results dropped and everyone had their news.

In my experiences with the January and May board, official results came out within 2 weeks. Someone on the May board was insanely clutch and posted screen shots of the list the night before my OR called me.
