I would say expect it about 4 weeks prior.
I'm 07-23 and my recruiter confirmed the Nov 27th date when he informed me of selection.

Was thinking the same thing, maybe to make up for not picking him up in the August boards. I think he always had that date too, so it’s not like he switched with a dropout from that class.

He was also picked up for SWO and he took the SNA slot with the SWO ship date if that makes sense.
