What’s everyone doing to stay in shape?
1 hour of spinning M/W/F
2 hour team boot camp Tuesday
1 hour team boot camp Thurs/Sat
I try to get a second workout in in the afternoon with some strength training, but that happens maybe 2 or 3 times a week
Then some incline walking on the treadmill and a mile or two run.
