No thanks. Not my point. Try again.
I mean technically, POTUS is in charge of the FAA, DOT and NASA...so he kinda does get credit for it - whether or not he directly did anything to influence it. The buck stops at his desk, good or bad.
No thanks.
You're the one that started it with your response post to the OP....a picture of a twitter comment with no discussion points made by you. So, I tried to respond to the posted twitter comment, and you play "I'm a big douche" card calling me pedantic for actually quoting a source and asking a valid question.Sorry if that hurt your feelings, flyer.
Genuinely not interested in debating your stupid “will more laws do anything?” ‘point’ that’s been hashed out 1000x.
Try again?

BTW, I didn't make that MEME, I searched google for RadicalDude, and that's what came up. My feelings aren't hurt; need a hug bro?
The report was about worldwide aviation safety, not just for the US. That part seems to be lost on many, including those claiming credit for it.
P.S. You forgot the NTSB, which as an independent investigative agency the President really isn't 'in charge of'.
I'm not sure that's actually how it works - especially in politics.I would be OK with giving him the credit for this it he took responsibility for any negative thing of equal caliber. Can you name one?
