Is anyone with access to the list able to tell me if I made it or not?
The intel board has been convening separately from the rest of the IWC board for the last few cycles. Don't know why.IWC is made up of several designators Intel, IP, CW, Oceano and others.
Asked my recruiter to check after seeing the posts hereI am civilian as well but havent heard yet how did you find out?
Yes, but he referred to IWC as if it was designator, that is why I clarified, it doesn't help that CW used to be IWThe intel board has been convening separately from the rest of the IWC board for the last few cycles. Don't know why.
According to my recruiter they are sending something called a Pro-No, which according to him is the reason, so either he’s wrong or you are lolIs there any way to get feedback on nonselection?

Recruiting is not hurting, it is tight for enlisted but officer side it is doing quite well.Great time to drop this PA lol recruitment is hurting and people are retiring in large numbers
What they will most likely do is if someone applies over 12 years is just auto reject, the way the PA is written it gives NRC the authority to stop the application there.Waiverable up to 12 years. Anything past that is unlikely. But can’t hurt to ask. Worse case they’ll say No if you’re over the 144 months or 12 year requirement as stated below.
There is no formal feedback. Occasionally the IWC panels have included a reason an applicant was passed over in the board memo, but that is not usual and it is also only for things that made the candidate ineligible (e.g., OAR score, security clearance). The best you can do is ask yourself two questions: 1) was I marked "DNR" ("do not return"), and 2) if not, what is the weakest part of my application that I can still change? Is there any way to get feedback on nonselection?
Unfortunately the common things that will cause a "No" often cannot easily be changed (GPA and degree). There is no formal feedback. Has this been released for the most recent board? That is literally a list of names that say "Pro N" nothing more, here is a redacted one.

Your recruiter would have it.Has this been released for the most recent board?
In that case it would only be your CoC or on BOLI’m active duty.
It's "released" in that it is on NRC's internal website, which not everyone with a CAC has access to.Has this been released for the most recent board?
