i definitely notice running in the cold though. granted i dont live at altitude or in CO but my sinus' def drain a lot more, my throat, hands, face get chapped... i can say i've gotten used to it though. its still really annoying (especially forcing myself not to spit) but just like anything else your body is an unbelievable machine and will adjust to anything.
CU is right though. i hear we run/pt inside if it gets too brutal outside. i think running inside would be worse than just sucking it up and running outside though. how many laps would you have to run around a gym to = 1.5 miles? your poor inside knee...
