I just texted a buddy that got picked up last year for SNA. He found out about a month after board convened. That was however in the middle of the cluster called covid

Well, if not this Friday... We always have next Friday. If not next Friday, surely the one after that... Or between any Friday after that.

I’ve had a few buddies who got picked up many years ago and they their BOL was updated with results the same week as the board. Like @exNavyOffRec mentioned before, a lot has changed since then. They also said a lot of folks in their OCS class got med dropped when they got DQ’d for flight duty. The way they do medical now prevents the mental stress of selection and getting to OCS just to be dropped in week 3 for medical.
who knows though, we could see results by Friday, anything is possible.
