“Priority 1” is that normal people? Maybe you’re a priority for some reason?

@KaleDaSquid My OR said it was a list. She said it had the PROREC-Ys and Ns.
Also, I don’t think I’d be this “priority 1” as I’m an SNA and I still need to renounce my dual citizenship before I can even go to OCS
