If I were younger I’d try again for SNA. But time is not on my side. I’m a big believer things happen for a reason. When I heard the news it was hard but now I’m running with it.

I totally agree, a lot of prayer and fasting went into this I’ve got to believe it all works together for our good.

could be higher select percent this time, could be your scores were better compared to others this time, but your scores are good and that is the biggest factor.

I am AD and have worked with multiple squadrons and many different platforms. To be honest NFO's love their life and they do really cool stuff its unreal

I believe its common to assume NFO's are just the backseater but in fighters they fly in the FA-18F and they do so much for the actual operation. Also in growlers and P-8 the intelligence they collect is very vital

Popping in here to say that you guys are having the same thing happen that 22FEB SWO board did. I don’t know the name of the program/site, but my recruiter was checking on my status by SSN everyday after the board met. On March 15th, there was a PRO-REC-Y and a ship date in there. The official list didn’t come out until March 26th. It’s kind of funky, so hang in here! Good luck!

If you're lucky you will have a date next to your name. I think it's more likely if you get picked up for NFO. If SNA, you'll probably see FY22.
