I feel like I've heard some people say they were selected even though they weren't on the at-board list... is that possible?

Is this an official list or just something done on AW?

I just studied for my test which is why I came here for help. But once I passed it I didn’t dig in too much on the threads.

It’s the official list posted by NRC. Typically it comes out a week before the board convene date but may come out closer to the board. The Jan aviation board list didn’t come out until the Friday before the board. Once the list comes out, it will confirm or deny rumors that have been circulating around who will be seen by this board.

Wow thanks for letting me know! I’m assuming someone will post the list here? Finally something tangible after all this waiting.

Holy smokes! That is insane! Is this how it always is or does this have to do with COVID? I wish my recruiter would have set realistic expectations. Time to buckle up!

Covid for the most part. Both is the real answer lol. But generally speaking...applying to OCS can be a waiting game.

oof. I wish I could say it was only due to COVID. It seems that it is common to have all of these complications. Though, the aviation boards are particularly this way.

Many applicants on this board applied before December and have been rolled to the May board for an assortment of reasons, often through no error of their own. You have little to no control ?.
