This is very unlikely. Unless you mean how you are processed by NRC. From what I gathered their workload and quantity of workload can spur a variety of different "challenges" in getting a package before a board.

NRD's don't have a limit, they can self limit if they are trying to game the system and that has happened for YEARS! the ones that do the best don't do that, but people don't learn.

I guess I’d just like to know how NRC receives and sorts packages from all over the country. Seems like a huge undertaking.

3 guys in a cubical, 1 of them is a civilian and makes sure all the parts are in the package. then it goes to a chief who is holding the slot currently who confirms the contents and those two AD chiefs make most the decision of makes it past that point. based of AD or not, scores, waivers and so on. Whatever system they personally use must not stress them as bad as you think because they go home about 3 every day and he rarely has to work very hard lol

Did they get rid of several processors? There used to be 4 or 5 working on reviewing the applications as they arrived.
