What I really like is a burger that is just cooked with salt and pepper topped with Mozzarella cheese, a little bit lettuce, and black garlic mixed with mayo and sriracha

it’s time for dinner and I’m over here reading this thread at the same time I’m reading Stew Smith’s “The Weight Loss Food Plan and Workout Arrangement Guide” as I gotta lose about 20 pounds before I go to OCS (if I’m picked up) ?

I use a method of just maxing out every morning and evening. You slowly are able to do more each time. Push ups for me is just about consistency and repetition.
Exactly.
Try the goggins rule...when you think you’re done..you’re only 40% of the way there. While I think that percentage is a little off...just the mentality change will get you a few more reps which are the most valuable

How is everyone's pt going? my run and plank are pretty good but my pushups are right at the 42 minimum on a good day...anyone got any advice for boosting pushup numbers? ?
try accumulating volume.....meaning...don't go balls to the walls every time you do pushups...so instead of 42, do sets of like 30....and do 4-5 sets of that with a min or two rest in between....increase the number per set....that works for me with handstand pushups...also...try doing weighed pushups, dips, and some sort of overhead pressing as well...they all contribute to one another...make sure you work your pulling muscles to, don't wanna risk an injury
