That’s interesting because my name was not on the at board list, however when I called my recruiter she told me that my kit would be seen on this board. I figured she just didn’t even look, but that would make sense since my package was not actually submitted until April 5th.

Yup. Although keep in mind that ship dates can be as vague as something like FY-22 (Fiscal Year 2022).

To the best of my knowledge a FY-22 ship date is more of a placeholder to give Big Navy a bit of time to sort through things and get you a more specific ship date for OCS.
