There’s definitely something odd & wrong here, I really think we are getting ahead of ourselves.

&& just to add more info...I know another dude on the East Coast that “made board list” with absolute minimum scores in each section. No shade, just facts. So I don’t think scores are the main thing when it comes to determining who made the list + the fact that mine was turned in 2 days before the 11th and made it??.... it just doesn’t make sense, in March when the REAL RESULTS are out we will know what’s up.

Whoa whoa. March? You can’t bring that negativity here buddy! ?? PRAY FOR FEBRUARY!

Oh my. just caught up on 30+ pages that I missed in like 4 days. Got verification I made the at board list.
@Ghost SWO How long after yalls board convening, did yall get some AD guys with access to see the results. Wasnt it a few weeks before the official results from OR contacted you?

Results? Immediately. AD personnel are shown on the results memo when it's released. BOL just takes several days to populate and then they wait for their chain of command to give the "official" news. Everyone on the at board list is on the official selection memo showing selection, or not.

What dictates who’s packet gets pushed to the next board? And is that truly what it means for your name to not be on the at board list? It’s definitely not first come first serve.

Had and extensive convo with my OR said this board was for highly recommend candidates. Whatever that means. He said Navy was taking a “wholistic approach” to this application. So scores were not everything.
