What’s the difference between Pro-Rec Y and Fin Sel? I’ve been seeing it on previous board lists
Pro rec you got selected fin sel is the latter saying be at OCS no later than

you should review USERRA before submitting your two weeks / quitting your job. as i understand it your employer technically needs to hang onto your job for up to 5 years of military service. worst case scenario if you cannot complete OCS for whatever reason (short of being a shitbag) they are required to give your old job back or an equiv.

@NevarYalnal made a great point. I recommend looking into it. Play your cards always in the winning hand. Maybe I have been in banking too long, but have plans a-z covered and in your favor.

what’s stopping you from pulling pranks? If you can imagine, I am the prank champion.
