Good point, not sure his exit strategy. It’s always hard to pull profits though, usually in my mind I’m like I made it this far I bet it’ll go higher!

Yeah, although until he cashes out his wealth just exists on paper. He should sell a portion to lock in his gains at the very least, even if he believes it'll go higher.

Yea, 10Ks are public information on publicly traded C-Corp entities. They consist of a income statement and a balance sheet, statement of cash flow, etc. You can get good info off of them. That is why I was talking about spread packages earlier in the thread. You can condense these 100-300 page reports to 5 ish pages, not including an analysis. Thats how most IBs do their job.

Thats cool having 13MM in a stock. Unrealized capital gains dont mean diddly squat lol. I have seen a guy that was unwilling to sell a 8MM fortune because he was greedy. He ended up with a lousy 200M return.
