Also we are getting 65% off past numbers right? We don’t know the actual amount of applications at this board right? Because no at board list has posted.
So if I’m reading the GENOFF correctly, the “designator is closed, applicants will be pushed to next FY” means new applications won’t be accepted till this coming Octoberish? Sorry, it hard for me to make sense of that spreadsheet lolBottom of GENOFF

65% of the number they could pick up I see. But the 65%, could be any percentage of the packages sent then right? Cause we don’t know that number.65% of total= 101. It is just like an OAR question lol

Okay I seePotentially. I assumed that everyone had SNA as first choice. Thats why I added a margin of error for 5%. Not saying it is gold. It is a rough ballpark.
@KaleDaSquid I'll buy you a drink after OCS if your predictions are correct.
I think our next move is to look into astrological signs, maybe some tarot readings. Those are about as reliable as our info on this board haha.
I think the way exNavyOffRec described it was they would still select SNA for this board but selected applicants would pretty much fill FY22 slots for SNA. So if you back date that 3 months because of OCS that means at the earliest you'd receive July dates if I recall. The NFO pipeline is still green so everything is working like normal for NFO.So if I’m reading the GENOFF correctly, the “designator is closed, applicants will be pushed to next FY” means new applications won’t be accepted till this coming Octoberish?
Simply put, no. But it can help if you know how to appeal to the military/board because of experience, but at the end of the day they're going to pick who they think is best regardless of military service. You have to translate and quantify your prior service into your motivational statement or else IMO it really doesn't give you a leg up.Does anyone know if prior service or currently active enlisted in the Navy holds any weight in the board for being selected before others?
