Got the call today, selected for SNA!!! Applied SNA/NFO but truly felt it would be SNA. Beyond excited.

No ship date yet, recruiter said something about needing to get an initial PFT done before requesting a date, anyone else heard of this/had this happen?
Mine has never mentioned it. Does your recruiter think you are out of shape or something lol

He is just trying to ensure you aren’t gonna get stuck getting dropped for a prt. Can you do 60 push ups and 60 sit-ups and a 1.5 mile run under 12 minutes?

I really don't mean to sound harsh, but have there really only been four ProRec Ns so far? I'm sure there are a lot of people that have yet to hear back, but for those who may have gotten a ProRec N and not updated the sheet, there is no shame in it what so ever. None of this is easy, and there are opportunities to try again. By recording the ProRec N on the google sheet, it benefits those of us still applying to see what sort of stats they were looking for in the previous board. For those of you who have posted on the sheet, know that it is appreciated and that y'all should give it another shot on the next board!

My recruiter said the same thing....I also called the regional office NRC Denver/Rocky Mtn and they said the same thing this afternoon...that primod hasn’t been updated and that results nationwide have not been made public. However, it appears that a majority of folks have heard the word. Frankly I don’t understand the process, but we’ll just have to keep on keeping on until we hear something or primod gets updated.

I called my recruiter but they keep saying nothing is in Primods yet. Why I want to see this list everyone is talking about.

Why are you going around your recruiter?

I got a ProRec N (and updated the sheet), which was pretty disappointing, but unless I get told not to reapply, I’m going to keep improving my application and keep trying. There’s definitely no shame as there were 325 applicants for SNA (according to my recruiter) and based on the spreadsheet, everyone who has been selected is a total badass that put in the work and deserves the selection. I do think it’s important to get accurate data though to help future applicants understand what it is to be competitive. Keep your heads up (if you got a no) and keep on trying. Thank you to everyone on this board for being super supportive regardless of the results and congratulations to everyone that has been selected. You guys rock and have really only solidified my decision to keep trying! God bless!

Exemplary attitude. There’s ppl with the same stats that have been picked up... if you keep doing everything you can to strengthen your package you will get picked up eventually. Timing is key! Keep it up.

It has been 2 years. 2 long years of constant uncertainty and stress since I took my ASTB and started trying to get picked up by these boards. Finally I get to say something I have been waiting to say for years. PROREC Y SNA. ASTB 54 6/8/6,GPA 3.3. Everyone that got their PROREC N, please do not give up. See you allat OCS may24th (If there is a Facebook link to group please send.
